BOOTH SET-UP & INFO: Booth Setup - Friday before event Noon-6PM or Saturday of event 7AM-8:30AM. Inside booth space measures approx. 10 x 10. Each Exhibitor is responsible for supplying, erecting and taking down their displays and booth. Limited extension cords and power are available on a FRFC (first reserved, first choice) basis. All garbage must be removed off property by you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All designs must be made or produced by the applicant and declared below. Use back side if needed. Tents are strongly recommended for outside. We do have waiting lists for many spots. Events fill quickly - if a date is full or you are not selected for this year's events, your check will be returned to you. Remit ONE check for each date you apply for. If you are unsure of which spots are still available, please contact our coordinators, Jeanne and Cheri at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
AGREEMENT: I hereby submit this application to become an Exhibitor at Telderer's Rainbows End Farm, LLC (TREF, LLC) Farm Tour. I agree to abide by all Market rules. By signing this application, I am responsible for any person(s) staffing my booth. I hereby forever discharge Telderer's Rainbows End Farm, LLC (TREF, LLC) and Property Owner of and from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity. This includes any loss or damage to my (Applicant) property OR damages by me (Applicant) or my equipment to any others exhibitor’s property. This includes for any reason or claims or personal injury, including bodily injury or death to myself or my Staff while at the premises. Telderer's Rainbows End Farm, LLC (TREF, LLC) shall be released of any obligation to perform under this Agreement with no refunds or credits for reasons beyond the control of Telderer's Rainbows End Farm, LLC (TREF, LLC) including any event or weather related condition that results in unsafe conditions for patrons, exhibitors or staff. I (Applicant) agree to give permission for any photos taken by us at the market to appear on our website or for promotional reasons.

* Main Barn has limited electricity, available on a first response, first reserve basis only. Management reserves the right to deny any application and return fees for ANY reason. We reserve the right to post pics of your work prior to the event and take photos at the event to post on social media to advertise our event. Due to space limitations, we may limit # of vendors accepted. Note: Vendors offering a kid friendly activity get a 10% discount on in store purchases.
